At activeayurvediclife.in, we do our best to ensure that our customers are immensely satisfied with the listed products. And we are happy to offer a complete refund/replacement in the following circumstances.
(a) You received a defective/damaged item(s).
(b) Delivered item(s) doesn’t match your order.
(c) The ordered item(s) is/are lost or damaged during transit.
Following circumstances do not qualify for Return or Refund
(a) Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return or refund.
(b) All products to be returned should always be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e. with original tags, labels, bar-code and invoice.
(c) Used, Opened or Partially consumed products do not qualify for Return, only completely intact products can be returned.
(d) Return product should have the same batch number as mentioned on the invoice.
(e) Non delivery of product reported after 48 hours of delivery confirmation text message on registered mobile number.
( f ) If the product is mismatch or damaged then you can return it within 2 working days.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund at info@activeayurvediclife.com
Please Note: Mode of refund may vary from case to case. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, allow 2-10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. If the mode of refund is by Wallet, credit should be available within 7 to 10 working days. The refunded amount will be reversed in the same mode through which the payment has been done for cash on delivery orders the refund shall be processed in the bank account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {activeayurvediclife@gmail.com}. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded (non-returnable).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {activeayurvediclife@gmail.com} and send your item to: {Block B1-626, 3rd Floor, Opp. Metro Pillar No-572,Janakpuri B-1,New Delhi, West Delhi-110058,Delhi}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Block B1-626, 3rd Floor, Opp. Metro Pillar No-572,Janakpuri B-1,New Delhi, West Delhi-110058,Delhi}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
